01Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the App or its content, or extract its word lists or artwork for use in another product.
02Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases:
- Content packs and the lifetime bundle — one-time purchases that unlock content permanently for the store account that bought them.
- Monthly and yearly subscriptions — recurring purchases that unlock all content for as long as the subscription is active.
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Prices are shown in your local currency before you confirm, and may vary by country and over time.
03Subscription terms
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
- Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
04Restoring purchases
Purchases are tied to your Apple or Google account. Use Restore Purchases in the Store screen to recover them after reinstalling, or on another device signed in to the same account. Purchases cannot be transferred between platforms — an iOS purchase does not unlock content on Android, or the reverse.
05Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies, not by us. Request one through reportaproblem.apple.com (iOS) or your order history in Google Play (Android). Where consumer law in your country grants you a statutory refund right, that right applies regardless of this section.
06Acceptable use
Don’t use the App unlawfully, attempt to bypass its purchase or entitlement checks, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that harms other players.
07Content
Word lists and packs are provided for entertainment. They may refer to public figures, brands, films or games nominally and descriptively; all trademarks belong to their respective owners, and we claim no affiliation with or endorsement by them. Content may change as packs are updated, added or retired.
08Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue the App or any pack. If we permanently retire content you bought outright, we will make a reasonable effort to provide equivalent content or a refund path.
09Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud, and nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
10Privacy
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11Termination
This licence ends if you stop using the App or breach these Terms. The Content, Disclaimer and liability, and Governing law sections survive termination.
12Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without depriving you of the protections of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
13Apple-specific terms
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
